When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2026. If your plans change after you've responded, just let us know as soon as possible.

Will there be a ceremony?

We'll be exchanging our vows privately before our wedding celebration. On September 19, we're looking forward to celebrating with all of our family and friends over cocktails, dinner, and dancing.

What should I wear?

Garden Party Formal

We'd love to see colorful florals, soft pastels, or classic formal attire, but most importantly, wear whatever you feel comfortable and confident in.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Where should I park?

Parking will be available on-site at Crystal Brook Farm. Follow the signs upon arrival, and attendants will help direct you.

What will be served?

We'll be enjoying a family-style dinner with a variety of dishes to share. If anyone in your party requires a vegetarian meal or has dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP.

Where should we stay?

For guests traveling from out of town, we've reserved a courtesy room block at The Bertram Inn & Conference Center, located about 8 minutes from Crystal Brook Farm.

Rooms are available for $149 per night (plus taxes) and include your choice of one king bed or two full beds, subject to availability.

To receive the discounted rate, please:

  • Call:330-995-0200 and ask for the "Bennett-Edwards Wedding" room block, or

  • Book online using our reservation link.

Please note: The online booking link is available through September 4, 2026. After that date, reservations can still be made by calling the hotel directly and requesting the "Bennett-Edwards Wedding" room block.

Do you have a registry?

Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you'd like to celebrate with a gift, we've created a registry that can be found on our Registry page.
